Your typical routines have gone out the window and you feel scatter-brained and disoriented. There are plethora resources on infant sleep, but what about your sanity?

We identify the challenges and breakdowns in your day-to-day routines and help establish new routines that work for you and your changing family.

It’s all about baby steps!

Setting up your environment for success:

Are you experiencing pain in your back, neck, shoulders, hips, or pelvis? Did you have a c-section and are experiencing tightness or movement limitations when caring for your baby around your home?

Let’s consider your furniture setup as well as your positioning when feeding, changing, and caring for your baby and the ways they may be causing you pain or discomfort.

Pregnant? Let’s evaluate your plans and home setup to prevent pain and injury!

Energy management Techniques:

You are Tired. Irritable. Worried… Unable to sleep even though you’re exhausted. Maybe you are even…

Full of rage.

If any of this rings true for you, know that you are not alone. As a mother, I have been there and know that there are proven strategies that can help you with:

  • self-regulation

  • co-regulation, so you and baby can feel calm and connected

  • energy conservation

  • prioritizing rest

With over 15 years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy, our approach is holistic and compassionate.

We can work with mom, baby, and partner as a unit because

raising a child takes a village.

Did you know that 1 in 7 mothers experience postpartum depression or anxiety?

Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) can occur starting at conception and occur up to two years postpartum.

Birth is a major life event, but that’s not how it’s treated within our healthcare system.

While many mothers receive education and support on how to take care of their newborn baby, they often feel unprepared to take care of their own emotional, mental, and physical needs during the perinatal period.

Are you ready to experience a new kind of maternal healthcare?

Step 1

Free 15-minute consultation.

We will schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone call to get to know your pain points and how we can work together to bring relief.

I share more about my approach and the strategies I can use to help you and your family through this challenging phase.

Step 2

Comprehensive Evaluation

The 90-minute assessment will be conducted within the comfort of your home. I take a holistic approach to understand your pregnancy and/or postpartum journey, including medical health conditions, challenges experienced during pregnancy, birth, or postpartum, and current pain points.

We look at your home environment, routines, family/household responsibilities, caretaking preferences, sleep and more, and come up with a plan to help you feel like yourself again.

The struggle is real, but it doesn’t have to be painful.

Schedule your free 15-minute consultation today to get started and feel like yourself again.

Step 3

Personalized Plan

Following the evaluation, we will come up with a step-by-step plan to address the pain points we came up with. You are the driver of this plan and recommendations will be customized to your home, lifestyle, and parenting preferences.

Follow-up in-home or virtual visits may be scheduled to provide ongoing support as your needs continue to change throughout the perinatal period.
